Fruit and Floc

Place the ingredients successively in a shaker (except for the Tonic) with ice, then shake vigorously. Pour the Tonic into the glass.

Serve well chilled or with ice cubes. Tips: Add ice cubes to the shaker to ensure the cocktail is refreshingly cold; the Tonic should be added after shaking to prevent excessive frothing. Passoa is a liqueur made from exotic fruits.

Floc de Gascogne Blanc

Ingrédients

  • 4 cl of Floc de Gascogne blanc
  • 2 cl of Passoa
  • 2 cl of pineapple juice
  • 6 cl of tonic
