The Elegance of a Great French Spirit
Since 1919, Château Garreau has carried on the art of Armagnac at the heart of the Bas Armagnac region, on the sandy soils of the sables fauves. This unique terroir imparts subtle aromas and a recognized finesse to our eaux-de-vie. In our century-old underground cellar, Armagnacs age slowly, revealing delicate notes of sloe and violet. Each bottle reflects our commitment to tradition, quality, and authenticity.
Exceptional Creations Shaped by Time
Vintage Armagnacs, Flocs de Gascogne, limited editions… Each bottle bearing the Château Garreau name embodies the subtle harmony between tradition and character. Carefully selected, our spirits can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails, elevating every moment.
Armagnac Écomuseum
Château Garreau is proud to host the Armagnac Écomuseum, located between the villages of Labastide d’Armagnac and Mauléon d’Armagnac.
An Écomuseum is a museum of people within their environment. Unlike a traditional museum confined to a building, an Écomuseum aims to explain and highlight a territory by showcasing the most representative elements of its heritage and evolution. It draws upon both the local heritage and the community who live or have lived on this land.
The Armagnac Écomuseum plays an active role in the life of the village of Labastide d’Armagnac.
