Tabou (French Armagnac and Floc de Gascogne)

Created by Jean Philippe Labarthe at Le Loft in Eauze, this is the third-winning cocktail of the Cocktails Armagnac Challenge 2017.

Combine all the liquid ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass over a few ice cubes. Just before serving, garnish with a few sprigs of mint.

  • 4 cl Blanche Armagnac
  • 5 cl Pineapple Juice
  • 2 cl Lime Juice
  • 2 cl Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 cl Gingerbread Syrup
