“Mojito” with Blanche Armagnac

In a medium-sized glass (approximately 40cl), place 6 to 7 fresh mint leaves, add the sugar and the lemon juice. Muddle gently to release the aromas of the mint leaves without tearing them. Add the Blanche Armagnac Château Garreau, 3 or 4 ice cubes, and top up with sparkling water.

  • 3 cl of lime juice (freshly squeezed preferably)
  • 6-7 fresh mint leaves, sparkling water (Perrier, Salvetat…)
  • 2 cl of cane sugar syrup
