White Margarita

Generously fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add the Blanche, triple sec, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously for a few seconds. Moisten the rim of your glass with a wedge of lime and then dip it into a mixture of salt, pepper, and piment d’Espelette. Strain and serve it all over ice.
