Moji’Floc

Add wedges of lime, mint leaves, and either strawberry purée or quarters to a glass and gently muddle the mixture. Pour in the Floc de Gascogne Rouge and add a few ice cubes. Top off with Perrier and, if desired, add two drops of Angostura.

Floc de Gascogne Rouge (Rosé)

Ingrédients

  • 6 cl of red Floc de Gascogne
  • 3 cl of Perrier (approximately)
  • 1/4 of a lime
  • 5 leaves of mint
  • a few strawberries
